All product purchase requests are to be evaluated and validated by Vermont Hemp Processing Inc. Vermont Hemp Processing Inc. will not ship any wholesale product requests prior to successfully receiving funds associated with any order number, purchase order, or electronic checking request. Vermont Hemp Processing Inc. reserves the unequivocal right to reject, cancel, report, or process any or all electronic checking requests.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY / PRODUCT GUARANTEESVermont Hemp Processing Inc. has been required to update our “Return / Refund / Product Guarantee policy due to COVID 19, our staff and employees safety is of utmost concern, and for those reasons to potential containments, we will not be accepting returns of any smokable flower, biomass, or any other agriculture product provided by Vermont Hemp Processing Inc. once it has left our possession or facility. All product sold or purchased from Vermont Hemp Processing Inc. comes with a product guarantee. Our guarantee is defined by confirmation of Genetic Strain of Plant, Potency of Agriculture Product, Complete Chain of Custody, and current Third-Party Certificate of Analysis (COA). Per our safety protocols, Vermont Hemp Processing Inc. will: inspect, certify, verify, (through internal and external third-party testing means), all inventory, and be in possession of and conduct a physical inspection of all agriculture product. Vermont Hemp Processing Inc. only accepts hemp-related material which is in compliance with all or any state and Federal guidelines or laws related to industrial hemp. On any wholesale transaction or purchase order fulfillment questions, they should be addressed within 48 hours of product delivery. Vermont Hemp Processing Inc. will replace any product deemed to be unsatisfactory, and outside the inspection protocols we put forth.
